产品概述：

Ribonuclease Inhibitor是经大肠杆菌表达、纯化的来源于人胎盘的重组蛋白, 分子量50 KD。特异性地抑制RNase A, RNase B和RNase C, 形成1:1的复合体, 阻遏RNase的活性. 不能抑制RNase1, RNaseT1, S1核酸酶, Rnase H或曲霉菌来源的Rnase; 对Taq DNA Polymerase, AMV, M-MLV以及SP6, T7 RNA 聚合酶无抑制作用。其抑制常数Ki=10的-14次方mol/L。

使用说明

该抑制剂抑制活性的pH值范围较广(pH5.5~9), 在RT和体外转录中使用的终浓度=1U/ul。
